We here at Lovely Feet Ministries, Ron and Rhonda and Pastor Jose Luis and his wife Hilda (fellow missionaries to Peru and Bolivia) are shouting thanks to God for your generous giving. However Maria, their daughter, is still in danger and on her way back to surgery this morning. Please pray as she was to go into surgery at 8:00 a.m.
On Wednesday, Ron and Rhonda walked with Maria after she regained consciousness from the surgery to repair her damaged liver at 2 am. on Tuesday morning. As you know the costs of this surgery must be paid as she goes or she will not get the healthcare she needs. Because her father, Pastor Jose Luis, lives by faith he just doesn’t have the money to pay for this. You responded to the news of Maria’s accident and we sent $1,170 to help pay for her care (medical care for the poor is not very good but it is very cheap).
We were told that her hemoglobin is still extremely low and that she may need another surgery-we just learned that is happening now. We have been taking donations to help with additional costs. Please keep her in prayer.
When we talked to her, she whispered to us: “Muestrame una foto de Chloe.”-Show me a picture of Chloe. Chloe is our dog that she loves. She grinned when she saw it and we cried for awhile.
